The special shape makes it easy to prepare the Dutch dessert poffertjes. A single panful can yield 30 pieces, enough for about three servings at a time. Thanks to the excellent thermal properties of cast iron, heat is distributed evenly during baking, ensuring consistent results.
Easy to use and versatile
The poffertjes pan is made of sturdy cast iron and can therefore be used without any problems for baking over an open fire or glowing coals. It can be easily moved using the two side handles. With a diameter of 30 cm, it fits perfectly in the Petromax Atago and can be placed on the upper rim. The bottoms of the 30 baking wells are specially flattened, allowing the poffertjes pan to also be used at home in the oven and on all standard stovetops.
