Outdoor kitchen
The Brennbock is the flexible fire bowl for the large outdoor kitchen. When it comes to feeding as many people as possible at the central campfire and cooking area, the Brennbock offers plenty of space for firing with wood or briquettes with a filling volume of about 50 liters.
The use of the fire trestle is easy on the ground, because thanks to the stand brackets, the fire bowl is jacked up and the fire burns in the bowl with sufficient distance from the ground. For this reason, a campfire can be erected anywhere, where after outdoor cooking everything should be left without a trace.
Made of 2.5 mm thick steel, the bowl can withstand a heat of 750°C and ensures safety with raised and surrounding rim.
Varied dishes from the baking tray
Steak, mushroom pan or pan gyros are brought to the right temperature: Combined with a fire bridge, the Petromax cooking equipment can be hung directly above the fire of the fire rack. The tripod can also be set up above the fire trestle to grill steaks with unmistakable grill stripes on the suspended grate.
The surface load of 100 kg makes it possible to use a variety of accessories and cookware. For the complete outdoor menu, there is a baking compartment under the spacious fire bowl. Here, the top heat ensures a long heat duration and allows you to gratinate a potato casserole, reheat juicy steaks or keep the farmer's breakfast warm. The fire pans fp15 - fp30 or grill fire pan gp35-t and the loaf pans k4 and k8 (without lid) can easily be placed there until serving.
During initial assembly, the fire trestle is equipped with the warming compartment and can then be easily transported in a car or van to wherever a campfire is to be lit. The sturdy legs can be easily removed without tools to fit perfectly in the tray after cleaning the fire bowl of ash residue.
