Unique tilting mechanism for safe handling
The patented tilting latch is a unique and innovative mechanism that makes handling the potato roaster particularly safe. A lid lifter is hooked into the top eyelet of the tilting latch. This allows the potato roaster to be easily placed in or lifted out of the fire pit. When closing, the hook at the end of the tilting bar automatically locks both halves of the roaster firmly together. If the lid lifter is attached to the lower eyelet, the lid can be safely unlocked and the roaster opened.
Stable roaster design and surface area
Briquettes or charcoal pieces can be placed directly on the flat lid. The raised rim prevents the fuel from falling out. At the same time, the ridge running along the bottom ensures a reliably stable stand, both in the fire pit and on the grill grate. This prevents the potato roaster from tipping over when the lid is opened. The special cast-iron pan is also suitable for use in the oven without any problems.
