The grill grate is one of four products from the pro-ft series and can be perfectly combined with them, so that the most diverse cooking variations become possible. The grill grate can also be transported and stored in a Petromax fire pot from size ft6.
Use with fire pot lid holder pro-ft as a grill
The grill grate is clamped into the lid holder pro-ft instead of a fire pot lid and turned upside down. Then the charcoal tray pro-ft is placed underneath at any height and you can grill.
Use with firepot lid holder pro-ft and charcoal tray pro-ft as smoker
Simply mount the grill grate on the lid holder pro-ft as for grilling and put smoking chips and briquettes into the charcoal tray pro-ft. Then mount the tray at a variable height and put a fire pot over it for smoking.
Use with fire pots as an insert for steam cooking or baking
Insert the grill rack into an ft6 or larger for steaming and baking - all without food contacting the bottom of the pot.
