Thanks to the excellent properties of cast iron and the special surface structure, heat is efficiently stored and transferred. The pre-seasoned finish eliminates the need for an initial seasoning process, and the sturdy bundt pan can be used immediately. Outdoors, the pan is heated over a campfire using wood or charcoal and briquettes. This is where the practical stainless steel carrying handle with a notch for hanging comes in handy. The raised rim of the lid allows embers or charcoal to be safely placed on top of the bundt pan. This ensures it is heated evenly from all sides. But the cast iron pan also performs well in the home oven.

Whether you’re making marble cake or fresh bread, baking is a breeze with the Petromax Gugelhupf pan. The lid with feet can be easily removed using the Petromax lid lifter. It can also be used as a rustic serving platter for baked goods straight from the Gugelhupf pan. The pan is very easy to clean after use.
