Depending on the height at which the bottom grate is positioned, different fuels can be used: When the bk1’s grate is set at the bottom, brushwood, twigs, or small branches work well—simply feed them through the generous opening. When inserted in the upper position, the Hobo stove operates with a dry fuel cube or a spirit burner.
Easy to assemble on the go
The Petromax bk1 is assembled using a simple plug-in system. This allows the individual parts to be stowed away neatly in the flat, sturdy ripstop fabric carrying bag without rattling.
