This handy scraper removes stubborn cooking and frying residues from Dutch ovens and pans, even in hard-to-reach places. Because the scraper fits snugly against the inner walls of Dutch ovens, cast-iron pans, and loaf pans, it cleans cast iron and wrought iron without damaging the valuable patina.

Cleaning: Here’s how
After use, let the pan or pot cool down, soak it in warm water, and finally remove any burnt-on residue with the scraper. No dish soap is needed. Rinse thoroughly again after cleaning. Before storing cast iron or wrought iron cookware, always dry it well and care for it as usual.
