This handy scraper frees fire pots and pans from stubborn cooking and frying residues, even in hard-to-reach places. Because the scraper fits snugly against the inside wall of the fire pot, fire pan and loaf pan, it cleans cast and wrought iron without damaging the valuable patina.
Versatile in form and function
Not only the shape fits ideally with other Petromax products, but also its material properties make the scraper particularly versatile: The kitchen utensil is heat-resistant up to 120 °C and made of food-safe plastic. This also makes it ideal as a dough scraper or as a baking spatula for portoning dough.
Cleaning: This is how it works
Allow pan or pot to cool after use, soak with warm water and finally remove burnt-on food with the scraper. Dishwashing detergent is not needed. After cleaning, rinse again thoroughly. Before storing the cast or wrought iron cookware again, always dry it well and care for it as usual.
